IPM (Isopropyl Myristate)

IPM is a colorless liquid with a faint odor. It is an ester of myristic acid and isopropanol. We offer a vegetable-based IPM product for sale featuring a minimum purity of 98 percent. Our IPM product serves as a pharmaceutical emollient, thickening agent and moisturizer in topical medicinal products. You will find liquid IPM for sale packaged in drums with a shelf life of two years from the manufacturing date when stored in accordance with MSDS recommendations.

Phenoxyethanol

Phenoxyethanol is an oleochemical product characterized by its clear, colorless appearance and faint odor. Phenoxyethanol is primarily used as a preservative to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold.

Pharmaceutical applications of phenoxyethanol include use as an antibacterial preservative and mold-release agent in a wide range of drugs and health products. Phenoxyethanol from Acme-Hardesty is available in preservative grade 99 percent, P5 and P25 99.5 percent formulations. We sell phenoxyethanol packaged in drums and IBCs.

MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride)

Medium chain triglycerides are partially synthetic fats that derive their name from arrangement of the atoms that comprise their chemical structure. They consist of three fatty acids and a glycerol backbone. When used in pharmaceutical manufacturing applications, MCTs act as superior pharmaceutical excipients and serve as a carrier or suspension medium for various oil-soluble drugs and antibiotics. We offer MCTs for sale in liquid and kosher form and packaged in drums and isotanks.

Glycerine 99.7%

Versatile glycerine is available in several grades, including a 99.7-percent pure, vegetable-based product derived from palm oil and palm kernel oil. This glycerine version can serve many useful functions in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations including as a humectant in cough syrups, oral care products and suppositories. We sell glycerine in multiple grades and forms including tallow, veg, USP, kosher and several others. We also offer numerous packaging options for glycerine such as drums, IBCs and five-gallon pails.
