Acme-Hardesty Introduces Culture and Collaboration Center

Blue Bell, PA – Acme-Hardesty introduces its new Culture and Collaboration Center. The Culture and Collaboration Center name echoes Acme-Hardesty’s dedication to continual cultural learning and development. Over the past 5 years, Acme-Hardesty has enhanced their culture by embracing key Cultural Beliefs like Respectful Relationships and Team Won. Their commitment to cultural excellence is driven by their mission, to take care of families.

The Culture and Collaboration Center was created not only with Acme-Hardesty employees in mind, but more importantly, their customers and their principal partners. Specifically, the new Innovation Center Laboratory will offer customers the opportunity to formulate and develop concept products with Acme-Hardesty’s Formulation Chemists. Furthermore, supplier partners will be able to collaborate with Acme-Hardesty Chemists to explore new applications. The laboratory, originally added to Acme-Hardesty’s capabilities in 2019, has been relocated to the center of the building and expanded from its original size. Acme-Hardesty is taking this step to proactively exceed the expectations of their customers and suppliers, and to differentiate themselves from traditional distributors.

“The Innovation Center’s new laboratory capabilities further strengthen our ability to provide value-driven solutions to our customer base; new product introduction via supplier development and innovation; and technical services support”. – Rishabh Shah, Directory of Technology: R&D, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs

Their newly renovated space, located in Blue Bell, PA, includes 27 workstations, 10 collaboration rooms, 2 teamwork lounges, and 2, approximately 800 square feet in total, Research and Innovation Laboratories. The laboratories will focus on surface chemistries supporting Personal Care, HI&I, Agriculture, PU CASE, and LGMW as well as life science chemistries supporting Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical Supplements, Animal & Pet Feed, and Pharmaceuticals. This hybrid working location is ideal for the Acme-Hardesty team as they support and encourage Continuous Learning, one of the company’s six Cultural Beliefs. Acme-Hardesty’s investment in education, technology, and collaboration has produced exceptional results.
